## How to read the result

**Where do these numbers come from?**

**Why is it a range and not a price?**

Because the wall is half the price. Concrete anchoring, a soffit to work around, a tricky finish match, a heavy mattress: all of it shows up on the visit, not in a form. We give a firm number after we measure.

**Does the range include installation?**

Yes. Every number here is installed. Some national sellers quote a shipped price and installation is extra, so compare the installed number.

**What about the mattress?**

Not included unless you tick the box. Most people use a 10 inch memory foam or hybrid they already own or buy for $400 to $1,200.
