# Privacy, in plain words

What we collect when you use this site and the form, what we do with it, and what we do not do.

**What we collect.** When you send the form we get the name, phone, email, city and message you typed, the page you sent it from, and the country of your connection. The site has no analytics scripts, no ad pixels and no third-party trackers.

**What we do with it.** We use it to reply to you and to schedule a design visit or install. The lead is stored in our customer system so the person who calls you knows what you asked. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

**What we keep.** Leads and customer records are kept for as long as we might need to service the bed, which is a long time, because beds last a long time. Ask and we will delete yours.

**Cookies.** None set by us. Hosting may set a security cookie to keep the site up.
